Copper River Salmon
We got lucky and were able to find some Copper River Salmon a few days ago. What better meal could we possibly feed our guests. The fellows spent their day walking around the resort, doing some chores and taking in some sun and a hot tub or two. You know they like it here when they want to discuss how much it costs to buy such and such a lot within the park.

Today Chris was back to his normal healthy self and he was hungry. He even resorted to stealing mushrooms out of the frying pan. Just hurry up and get the meal on the table, por favor.

Another evening of non stop conversation. I don't think that we will ever run out of things to discuss.

Aren’t good friends great, especially when you see them in an unusual place. So nice they are visiting you. Leaving for Mexico tomorrow… Rocky Pt., can’t wait…the beach and good friends…good food and drink. So enjoy your blog.
What an idyllic evening! Glad Chris was back up to speed and able to enjoy your delicious-looking dinner. I bet it’s going to be very hard for them to leave your little slice of paradise!
What a perfect day to share with friends.
A nice day, this is the life! Dinner looks amazing!
Well, they are on their way! It looks like you two really stepped up to the plate and showed them a great time. They are easy to entertain and that makes it easy for everyone.
I was disappointed to see they decided to skip the Rockies as I know they would have been impressed. They missed the most beautiful place in Canada.
