Sunday was a day of contrasts
I had gone out Friday night while Colin stayed home so Sunday was his day to go out and play.

Casa Maria, my massage lady took Rochelle, Micheal and Colin to the Juarez Fleas Market, a Sunday event here in Mazatlan.

I have never been, so I was surprised to see that the market is actually among several residential streets. For some reason I thought that it was a huge open area.
I decided to stay home with the girls and relax as I had invited everyone from RV1 over along with Rae for happy hour.
As I mentioned last night Monday was a quiet day with our massages being the highlight. Nice to sit and relax.

I have to find this market! That’s my goal for Sunday!
Thanks for having me over. That was a lovely gathering!
De nada!
Debbie & Russ want to go on Sunday, maybe you can hook up.
Now I know what Roc looks like! I’m sticking to my vegan routine, no exception. Although the hors d’oeuvres look fantastic! I think we’re ready.
A nibble here and there and you will be just fine.
Your food spread looks delicious…..you should write a blog on what it consisted of??? Give us some Xmas ideas…I love the sunset pics
Everyone brought something to share. I made a dip with veggie ground round and creme cheese and sour creme, green onions and spices.
Wow, Contessa, did you prepare all those goodies? Looks wonderful – hope the relaxing times continue for you.
No, everyone brought something, I as the hostess contributed three food items.
Working at the relaxing but some issues….
Not that I wouldn’t want to visit the market, but hanging with the two pups and preparing for happy hour sounds like a bit more fun to me. 😉
Even if the sunset was a washout, it looks like a wonderful gathering to me. 🙂
It was a magical time on just hanging and getting ready. Amazing how fast time is passing by these days.
[…] hearing about the ‘Juárez flea market’ through readers Michael and Rochelle and seeing some pictures on Contessa’s blog, I was intrigued. I didn’t have much to go on, besides Michael giving me a very rough idea of […]
