Bull penis!
The latest in treats for your dogs.
The packaging claims that “your dog will love our long lasting, all natural beef muscle chews”. A friend had purchased two of these as a treat for our girls but as Carmeh has severe food allergies we wanted to check it out with our vet first. The first thing Dr. Susan said was ‘bull penis’. She says that is what these are. I went onto the products website and it says not much more that what you see above. They do come in a variety of widths and lengths. Dr. Susan says she has given them to her own dog on occasion.
Hmmmm, not for my girls but thanks anyway.

Interesting how they can produce products and not tell you what they really are.
now I’m scared to eat lol…..but as George and Suzie said hummm how can they produce and label without telling you what is in it…strange…makes me wonder what we are all eating…

Great blog title. Sure got my attention. Our Scooter has allergies to everything so her diet is also very restricted. However, we did find duck treats at both WalMart and Costco that she loves and doesn’t seem to break out from. Now grass is a whole different story. I can hardly wait to get her back to the desert so she’s not so miserable.
Sandie & Marty…I can’t even imagine having a dog allergic to grass. What a huge challenge. I will look for the duck treats, thanks for the tip. Sandie, where in the desert do you go?

Elaine & George….obviously pet products have different standards of regulation but how controlled are the food that we eat??

Sandie-one of my Westies is allergic to grass, too. But she can’t stop rolling in it, the crazy dog! Lots of baths for her!
