Mazatlan’s colors & shapes!

While in town a few days ago we came across some neat architecture! Don’t you just love that shade of violet.  This next shot reminds me of a dog ( Colin thinks it looks more like a skinny pig because of the snout) holding his arms up. Someone is trying to create a rooftop garden! [...]

This morning on her walk Caeli decided that today would be a good day to roll in fish guts! I’m sure you all know what comes next…. Yesterday she decided to start wearing a bit of bling!

“Baby, It’s Cold Outside”

As they gather around the veggie truck, everyone is wearing their winter woolies, except Steve that is.  He just got here 2 days ago so his blood is still full of Canadian cold!!  Just wait till he acclimatizes like the rest of us and starts to shiver.  We don’t know if this is a new [...]

Was it a dream?

I woke up late Wednesday afternoon from my cold induced nap and looked out the window!  Que Pasa!! They frolicked in the surf as I watched.  At times I wondered if the baby would tumble and flip through the waves but even as the surf covered it,  it always seemed to remain head up.  What [...]

~Great news today….for the first time in almost 2 weeks we have a cruise ship in port.  I stand corrected, there were two cruise ships in today. We are happy to see activity on the beach.  Colin spoke with a couple from the ship who are from Sacramento and they say they feel safe and [...]
